The Perspective

The perspective is whole body connection and the relationship of the parts to the whole such that when you change one part or aspect it will change the whole. We attend to the movement relationships between the parts and the patterns of movement we can become aware of in everyday activities.

The invitation in each class or individual session is to listen to yourself. The lessons are not goal centered but about being in the here and now, so you can discover what you sense and feel.
